These are soooo good. They are a chocaholics dream! Fancy Brownies 1 Package Chocolate cake mix ½ Cup Melted Butter 1/3-Cup Milk 2 Eggs 35 Rolos 1Cup Semi- Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Toffee Baking Bits Preheat Oven to 350. In a large bowl combine cake mix, melted butter, milk, and eggs. Press ½ of the mixture into bottom of prepared 9X13 pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from Oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips and toffee bits over the top. Press the caramel candies into the surface Spread remaining mix over the top.
