Does anybody else feel lonely ALL the time?
I feel lonely sometimes, I won’t say all the time, but majority of the times. I feel a great way for this is just talk with someone you know anyone even just acquaintances. People usually with talk with you if you initiate the conversation. But if you think you’re feeling sad all the times, and feel low self esteem, it might be depression. And if it is you should get that checked out. But it’s still good to talk with people, and if you could, be more self disclosure in your talks. Try telling more about yourself, I find it amazing how even strangers will talk about their life history to me, but it’s interesting.
