Does anybody can explain me the myth around “Strawberry Fields” song by The Beatles?

At the end of Strawberry Fields Forever, you can hear John screaming “CRANBERRY SAUCE!”, but it was interpreted differently. The Beatles created this huge hoax surrounding themselves, as a way to sell more albums. I think it was genius, personally, what they did. They created this story that Paul McCartney had actually died from a car crash, but they were trying to keep in concealed so they hired a new guy who sung like him, gave him plastic surgery to look more like McCartney, stuck him with a microphone and Sgt. Pepper suit, and off they went! The Beatles stashed clues inside their songs, albums, album covers, leaflets, pictures, etc about the Paul that we saw and heard was just an imposter. And a lot of fans thought that John was screaming “I BURIED PAUL!” at the end of Strawberry Fields, adding more fuel to the hoax.
