Does any1 know any good and fst ways to lose wieght wether it being diets or exercise?
It depends on how much weight you want to lose. If you change a lot of small things in your lifestyle you can lose as much weight as the things you can change. If you can only lose 1 lb per week…. well that’s still weight loss. By doing small things it won’t matter if you slip up on some and you will be able to keep doing most of them after you’ve lost the weight you want to lose. Here’s a few ideas: Walk instead of drive. Take the stairs (you know, those steppy-looking things beside the escalator – if your friends think that’s nerdy, well you’ll be a thin sexy nerd then and they can just be jealous) If you drive don’t park next to the entrance. Avoid junk food and booze as often as you can (or every other time – don’t forget, it’s up to you) No cookies. No chips. Don’t get discouraged if you only lose 2 pounds a week – it’s still weight loss. The people who keep the weight off did it slowly. Good luck and think of more things that are good exercise.
