Does any one with Shrimp Etouffee Recipe?
Here’s a simple Shrimp Etouffee recipe! 2 lbs. fresh shrimp, peeled and de-veined ½ cup butter ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 cup onions, chopped ½ cup celery, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 small can tomato juice 1 ½ cups water Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter and add flour, onions and celery. Cook until onions are tender then add tomato juice, water, garlic and seasonings. Cook for at least one-half hour. Add shrimp and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve over long grain rice. Serves 4 to 6.
