Does any one sufer from chronic fatigue or post viral syndrome?
Hi, I had chronic fatigue syndrome for about three years, it can be nasty at times but it does go away. Fortunately I am back to full health now, and you will find you will appreciate life so much more when it’s over I promise. First of all make sure you are getting plenty of quality sleep each night, and try to lead a stress-free life. Avoid caffeine and try to keep alcohol to a minimum as well. Obviously it is good to eat healthily, but don’t feel like you can’t eat your favourite foods, just everything in moderation. ie. don’t go crazy on junk food, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. When you suffer from chronic fatigue your immune system is low, so you will be susceptible to illnesses such as colds, especially in the winter. So try to keep up your immune system with echinacea and vitamin c, and not eating too much sugar. Something else I have found helpful are Kinohimitsu foot pads, put them on you feet at night and when you wake up they have turned black because of all the toxi
