Does any one know of concierge services companies in Japan, China, Korea and Singapore ?
Speaking only for Singapore, every hotel, hospitality operation, resort, social club and visitor-oriented centre has concierge services in-house. There are also a number of serviced residences operated by both local and international companies which also provide concierge services. Such services are laid on for large corporate events likely to attract significant numbers of visitors from overseas. Staffing is provided by local service companies and provision is either face-to-face or digital. The market here is pretty well covered and I suspect offers little room for a start-up unless you are going to provide digital services under contract to globetrotting executives in which case, as they come to Singapore, so you will provide remote services here.
