There is a Coeliac Disease Support Society who will send you leaflets about which foods (raw and manufactured) are gluten free; find them on the web. There are quite a few Gluten-free cookery books around nowadays – some are being offered as publishers remainders in places like The Works, so are very cheap. For dairy-free – look to foods made specifically for people who are Vegans – use soya or rice milk, for example.
