The serial numbers that are given to each copy of the game aren’t supposed to be shared with other players. Each copy of ‘The Sims’ game has a different serial number. If someone else gave you theirs it wouldn’t work. The only serial number that is supposed to be used on your ‘The Sims’ game is the one that’s on the case for YOUR game.
