Does any one have a good recipe for baked or broiled salmon?
Louisiana Salmon 2 pounds of salmon fillets cut into 8 ounce pieces 1 oz. fish seasoning 2 oz. Butter 6 oz. White Wine 2 Minced garlic cloves 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed 2 Lemons After cutting the fish into thick fillets, place them in a roasting pan. Sprinkle to taste with the fish seasoning. Cut and squeeze a fresh lemon over the fish. Add the remainder of the ingredients to the pan. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes (or until the fish flakes with a fork). Serve with remaining lemon cut into wedges.
