Does any one can help me with a simple craft made with playing cards?
I actually think I figured this out. Props to my creative wife for ingraining me with this kind of knowledge. Before you spend a pool to chips on playing cards, you might want to practice on index cards or craft paper cut down to playing card size. This craft seems to consist of 2 playing cards and a button. The example looks to me like a Queen of Diamonds and a Queen of spades. First, you need to accordion fold the cards. The link shows a 2 crease fold, but the craft you are making looks like it requires 6 folds down the length of the cards. Next, you need to attach the cards together. Each card should have one long edge that is folded up, and one that is folded down. Your choice of adhesive may change through experimenting, but you need to attach the “up” sides to each other. Allow the adhesive to dry. Finally, make the circle. Pull the outside corners of the cards together. You may need to push the middle inward to create a fan effect.
