Does any of my work experience count as target based sales?
Target based Sales means that there is a target you have to work to to get paid, I have done telesales, customer service for a long time and in telesales you work to KPI (Key Performance Indicators) which means if you are target to sell 20 mobile phones per day then you have got to reach your target and if it is low that day you have to work harder the following day to get your weekly target. Target based sales is a hard area to work and you will find in this type of company the staff turnover is very high per month because after each months evaluation of your performance you will warned to do better if you have not reached your KPI and usually after 3 months if you performance is not good enough you will be out of a job. As for your question, if you don’t know if your previous work counts as target based then obviously it has not.
