Does any medical expert know the repercussions of having one adrenal gland removed?

I had one adrenal gland removed in November, 1996, because of hyperaldostrone syndrome. It didn’t seem to bother me until now. In 2005 I kept getting sinus headaches that didn’t go away. Since July, 2006 I have had 2 major colds or flu that lasted 2 weeks, and all together four coughing attacks. I get rashes that don’t go away and had to take methypredisone. When I get cuts it takes forever to heal, and I don’t have any energy and basically feel run-down all the time. I have brought this up to doctors but they always say something would have happened within 3 months of the surgery. I don’t have high glucose, anemia or other things that could make me tired. Please help me……I am so tired……..
