Does any have any ideas for chicken dishes?
Here’s a Spicy Chicken recipe my mum gave to me and its absolutely beautiful and so simple as you can cook the chicken anyway you like as its just the sauce you need to make….. I usually pan fry the chicken lightly to make sure the meat is fully cooked. Spicy Chicken – Serves 3-4 250ml Whipping Cream 4tsps of mustard (no specific type, but i use Colmans plain mustard) 4tblsps Mushroom Ketchup or if you cant find this then Lea and Perrins Worcester Sauce will suffice. Pour the cream into a jug, mix in the mustard and mushroom ketchup and whip together until frothy. Then pour over chicken in an oven proof dish and cook at 180 degrees until the sauce bubbles. Trust me, it is really simple tasty and quick to make!
