I manage a charity for vulnerable people. You will almost certainly give your presentation first and then have an interview. In my experience, the question part of the interview will last about 30/40 minutes and the presentation 10/15 minutes. There will be 3 or 4 people on the interview panel. Know your subject. get on their website and read up about them. Answer their questions as if you know their charity inside out. Don’t drone on or dither; give clear and concise answers. Try and inject a bit of humor it will help you and, if the panel laugh, they will warm to you. At the end, they will ask if you have any questions that you would like answering. Always ask one or two intelligent questions.
