I think Aegean/Onur do some flights in winter but they do often cancel flights if they don’t get enough bookings. When I lived in Bodrum I wuold fly home via Izmir in the winter. Cyprus Turkish fly there twice a week from London, yuo can then get the bus down to Bodrum. It may be a longer way round but it is more reliable.
