limakilo Mar 17th, 2009 Stomach exercises aren’t going to give the results you want. Diet, and exercise in general are the only serious options. For your diet, quite simply, cut your carbohydrate intake right down (bread, potatoes, sugar, sweets, pasta etc), and replace the lost calories with protein (chicken, fish, beef, eggs and egg whites etc). The most effective fat lost diet I could recommend is a very low carb, high protein diet. The fat reduction is almost immediate. For exercise, try at least 30 minutes cardio a day. Try swapping the cardio for some weight lifting. Don’t be afraid of “getting too big”, because if you keep your calorie intake at the same level, you can lift trucks and you wont build muscle. Weight lifting however is effective in mobilizing fat. Do some sit ups and crunches when you do weights, or after a little run. I should stress, they’re almost completely (think 99.7%) ineffective at removing body fat. Also, body fat cannot be removed from specific body parts
