Does antimatter have the same chemical and physical properties of matter?
A better question would be, does it have ANALOGOUS chemical and physical properties. It the properties were the same, then you could substitute the anti-matter equivalent for any reagent in a chemical reaction, and not notice the difference. Try THAT at home! I dare you! I don’t understant the whole concept of “symmetry” in physics to know whether the properties really would be analogous, or whether there would be some kind of a skew somehow that would make it all come out different. I do know that them scientist fellers has made and studied a few lonely atoms of anti-hydrogen and anti-helium.
