Does Andrew personally travel to the locations featured on the American Countryside?
Yes! On a couple of occasions each year there are times when a story deadline does not allow enough time to personally travel to the location. But this is the only exception. Andrew personally conducts the interviews for over 90% of the shows you hear. Show producer, Tom Brand, also gathers some interviews when he is on the road. To our knowledge, we know of no other show where the host personally travels so extensively to so many locations for a daily broadcast.
