Hiya-I have suffered both Graves Disease a form of hyperthyroidism and since having my thyroid removed now am hypo-thyroid (under active) In both cases I have suffered palpitations and panicky flutters.It maybe because your thyroxine dose is not correct for your blood test results-so your doctor should be doing regular checks on you to monitor your dose. I hope you feel better soon.
