Does an RTO have any reporting obligations in relation to qualifiactions and/or statement of attainments that they have issued?
Yes. To provide a permanent record of AQF qualifications issued by RTOs registered in South Australia, RTOs are required to notify the Department within 30 days of any AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued Australia wide. The notification must be through the Department’s Client Qualifications Register (CQR) or provided in an agreed format to the Department.
