Does an artificial tree change the chances of a fire?

An artificial tree does not “dry-out”, and are “supposed” to resist fire caused by lights. If you can find them, always use LED lights as they generate nearly no significant heat, and last for decades, as opposed to the inferior/dangerous/archaic incadescent variety, and draw less than 1% of the power while still generating the same amount of light… Why we still use incandescents for anything is beyond me, when we have such inexpensive technlogy at our doorstep, practically being handed to us….Perhaps it is American “throw-away-society” tradition….I don’t know.
