Does an ARM need to be submitted when a staff person changes their MSU NetID?
Yes. A majority of system access is granted based on MSU NetID. when the MSU NetID is changed, the users access is still assigned to the old, it is not automatically assigned/transferred to the new NetID. You are required to submit the generic ARM form, indicating the old MSU NetID and that all access should be moved to the new MSU NetID.
