Does an applicant need to register to apply electronically for the NPD Program?
Yes. To submit your application via Grants.gov, you must complete all steps in the Grants.gov registration process, located at: www.grants.gov/applicants/get_registered.jsp These steps include: (1) registering your organization, a multi-part process that includes registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR); (2) registering yourself as an Authorized Organization Representative (AOR); and, (3) getting authorized as an AOR by your organization.
