Yes there is hope. There is a product called steri-fab its for bed bugs and its ingredients are 60% isopropyl alcohol Phenothrin 0.22% Alkyl (60%C14, 25%C12, 15%C16) dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride 0.8% Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride 0.11%.I think if you just mix some lemon scented ammonia with a couple or a few bottles of isopropyl alcohol you can rid yourself of these tiny vampires.
