Does American CIB bill in advance for services?
No! American CIB does not charge in advance for credit repair services. In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we only charge for credit repair services after they have been fully rendered each month. Your ‘First Payment’ to American CIB is your one time membership fee and that is charged after we have completed the identified services relating to your needs. Each monthly payment thereafter covers the monthly services detailed in the service agreement fully rendered during the previous month.
