For trips operating on Ambassadairs charter flights, the Club will mail Flight Coupons (which serve as tickets) at least 10 days prior to departure (allow three to five days to receive them). For trips operating on commercial carriers, members will pick up their tickets from the Travel Director at the airport on the day of departure. Ambassadair may use e-tickets for some trips on commercial carriers, but members should still see the Travel Director at the airport for instructions on how to obtain the ticket.
