Solution Altera® is not using, and has not in the past, used mold compounds employing Phosphorus based flame retardants such as Sumitomo – EME-XXXXU series. Altera had early awareness of potential reliability risks associated with Phosphorus usage in mold compounds. We therefore chose not to use this material.
