Does Alta Cascade perform any construction work?
No. We sold our construction division in early January 2006. We previously built custom homes, standard spec homes, residential additions and all of the infrastructure requirements related to it (e.g., utility connections, roadway, sidewalk, curb and gutter) under the name Alta Engineering, Construction and Consulting, Inc. We changed the name to Alta Cascade, Inc. after selling off the construction division. Q. What construction management services are offered. A. Construction Management services offered includes CPM scheduling, permitting, change order preparation and negotiations, claims preparation or evaluation and other contract administration work. These services are provided during the execution stage of a construction project.
