Almond Fresh uses Canola Lecithin instead of Soy Lecithin, a popular stabilizer. Although we following strict guidelines in the production of goods and cleaning of our facility is thoroughly cleaned before Almond Fresh is made and in addition to Almond Fresh, we also produce soy products. Almond Fresh is not suitable for consumption by persons with an allergy to soy.
