Does Allied require Board representation?
It depends on the transaction and whether other investors outside the Allied Companies community are also involved. If we do require Board representation, we will recommend someone (other than an Allied Companies’ representative) who can add value through his or her industry experience. That person may or may not be available through our investor community. If not, we’ll suggest someone from our outside sources.
