A Child Health Clinic is located in Waldwick. The program is for Allendale residents and is for well children only whose parents do not have insurance coverage. A physician and a registered nurse are in attendance at each clinic. Children are given physical examination and any immunizations which are required provided there is no medical insurance coverage.
