AllDayMedical.com does not provide maintenance for durable medical equipment. If a purchased product is under warranty and becomes inoperable during the warranty period, then AllDayMedical.com will work with the product manufacturer to replace the malfunctioning equipment. The customer will still be responsible for shipping and handling costs of obtaining a replacement product. If a product malfunctions and becomes inoperable after the warranty period has expired, then the customer will need to re-purchase a replacement product from AllDayMedical.com.
