We don’t know yet. However, since depleted uranium carries a positive charge, all natural Zeolite theoretically should remove it from the body. Zeolite’s ability to bind with radioactive minerals was proven during the Chernobyl disaster, when tons of zeolite were used to remove radioactive cesium and strontium-90 before they contaminated local water systems.
