Yes, ALCOSAN has an MBE/WBE/DBE policy in place. The Authority’s goal is to award 10 to 25 percent annually of all contract dollars to minority or women-owned and minority business enterprises. ALCOSAN makes every effort to meet that goal in its contracts, and to encourage that goal among its contractors and subcontractors.
