Amswerer is right on the money, a doctor can find out what is causing the warts, and you need to remove them safely, your feet are in constant contact with all sort of places, if you cause them to have open sore, from freezing etc, then when you come into contact with bacteria and viruses they will jump right on to the open sores, if you have a free clinic in your area (look in the yellow pages for one) go there.
