Does AGPM provide the capability to plot input files of temperature and WQ constituents as time series plots?

Yes, as part of the new Hydrograph status option for animations. Also, you can trick AGPM to plot these and other inputs as “field data” on time-series plots of other consituents, but you don’t get report ready plots.
