Does Aero-Works offer flight training and what type of plane/ultralight should I receive training in?
Currently we do not offer any flight training. You can contact either the EAA, USUA, ASC or a local flying club in your area for a list of basic flight instructors. You can receive flight training in any of the smaller and lighter GA aircraft. Such as the Cessna 150 found at most all county airports, along with receiving an hour or so of ultralight training. You can receive your training in any of the current available two-seat ultralight trainers. Receiving and taking a complete Ultralight Flight Training Course offered by both the EAA, ASC and USUA in any of the current two seat ultralight trainers, is the preferred recommendation. You should be able to make the transition into the Aerolite from either type of aircraft safely and rather smoothly by receiving this proper flight training.
