Does Advisory Trust serve as trustee for Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs)?
In some cases. Advisory Trust will continue to review and consider serving as trustee for ILITs on an accommodation basis for two (2) specific audiences: 1.) Financial Advisors who have non-ILIT business currently being administered by Advisory Trust; and/or, 2.) Financial Advisors that do not have a trust currently administered by Advisory Trust but whom are concurrently bringing a non-ILIT business opportunity (meeting our required minimum size) in addition to the ILIT.
