YES. Effective January 1, 2009, ADP will issue a Visa Debit Card to participants who enroll in the Medical FSA, only. You will no longer have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement of eligible medical expenses. The card cannot be used for Dependent FSA expenses. Visit County’s website for more information.
