Does Adoption really work out for everyone involved?

Hi, I believe every adoption involves heartbreak and loss. My children were all abused +/or neglected. Their parents did not comply with the case plans, did not visit and some of their parents simply walked away abandoning them. No relatives could be found willing to take in these children. My children deserved a home and to be loved unconditionally. They all have bio parents who I’m sure miss them, have regrets and are hoping to reunite with them someday. My mom was forced to relinquish a child for adoption by family. She lived a life filled with regret and sorrow. She passed away without ever meeting or knowing of her son. I have a brother I’ve never met, can’t find. To answer your question, does adoption ever work out for everyone, No. There’s always loss. .
