Does Add/Remove Programs remove all programs installed in Windows 95/98/ME/2000?

Add/Remove Programs does NOT automatically make a program uninstallable. This is still entirely up to the program that you are installing. If it supports it, the uninstall option will be available, if it does not support it, the uninstall option will not be available. It also makes no difference if you install via Add/Remove or by running setup. Registry changes are the responsibility of the setup or install program regardless of how the setup/install was initiated.

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
