No, no, no! I used to be a Christian preacher, television evangelist. I did what I did, and I taught what I taught, because I sincerely believed everything I did was the right thing to do and everything I taught was the truth. I believed, I did not know. I cared about people immensely. Most preachers are doing what they do and teaching what they teach for the same reason. Their hearts are righteous, but what they are teaching is unrighteousness and blasphemy against the One whom they sincerely believe they are serving. The same thing holds true for most of the religious leaders of other religions. People have died for what they believed to be the truth, when they believed they were serving the true One when in fact they were serving Baali. Many of those who have not died have sacrificed a great deal in the service of Baal, thinking they were serving the One who covenanted with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But believing a thing does not make it so, regardless of how sincere and committed
