When someone visits the ActewAGL website, ActewAGL makes a record of and logs the following information: • the IP address as given by the user’s ISP (for example, yahoo, bigpond), proxy server, or firewall) • the user’s top level domain name (for example, .com, .gov, .au, .uk) • the date and time of the visit to the site (arrival and/or departure) • the pages accessed (“clickstream” data) and documents downloaded • the type of browser used.
