Does ActewAGL and TransACT collect personal information?
ActewAGL asks you to supply certain information about yourself when you choose to register as an epayplus customer. This is to verify that you have authorised access to your account. For TransACT customers, ActewAGL obtains this information as an agent for TransACT. You are entitled to have access to the personal information that is kept about you, and to make changes to this information, by contacting ActewAGL on 13 14 93 or TransACT on 13 30 61.
