We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our line of ACK Brand compatible and remanufactured cartridges. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or performance of ACK brand Compatible, or remanufactured cartridge, just return the cartridge with the receipt within 30 days and we will test the cartridge in your presence and if found defective we will replace your cartridge with an equivalent type. Since we do not know how well the cartridge was cared, we cannot guarantee refilled cartridge that belong to you. To assure you of our Ink quality and quality work we will print a page using your refilled cartridge. What if my cartridge can’t be refilled? Eventually, all cartridges will fail.
