Does accidental storytelling work better for some kids than others?
Accidental storytelling can work for all kids since the stories that are being told are specifically created with the child in mind. By using characters, people and things a child associates positively to parents can bring about a positive change in the child’s behaviour. Accidental storytelling is a means in which to explore your child’s want and needs more closely thereby uncovering more of his/her interests and unqiue qualities. By doing this you can address the challenges specific to each child and ultimately develop a closer relationship with them.
