Large consulting firms such as Accenture while known for leveraging junior talent (in terms of industry experience) and being very expensive are known for hitting all dates. I would like to know if they have ever delivered not only projects on-time but also to the highest level of secure software development standards. Does Accenture train their talent in secure software development techniques as a general practice or only when clients ask for it?
