Does abundance of media houses create a preponderance of journalism skills?

KITTS, JULY 23RD 2009 – A veteran Caribbean broadcaster and journalist has asked media practitioners in St. Kitts and Nevis to ponder whether the abundance of media houses in St. Kitts and Nevis automatically creates a preponderance of reporting and editorial skills. Founder of the Montserrat Times and the Leewards Times, Mr. Howell Bramble, also told the local media workers there are journalists who are seen as “political activists” and have let it be known that they are open to accepting money for angling certain stories.
