Does Absolute Mortgage Processing contact the the borrower if additional documentation is required?
We give you the option to be the contact for the borrower or to have your us contact the borrower. We will inform you when additional items are needed and ask how you would like the borrower to be contacted. We will never contact the borrower without your permission. Absolute Mortgage Processing WILL NEVER discuss rate or closing costs with the borrowers.
